How do i care for my cutting board?

Taking care of your board is quite simple!

  1. Wash your cutting board with soap and warm water after each use.

  2. Stand your cutting board in a dish drying rack. DO NOT lay your wet cutting board flat on the countertop. This may cause cupping.

  3. You can use your board once it's dried!

  4. Every 4-6 months (every 2 months for end grains), we recommend refinishing your cutting board with our board butter.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship to the continental U.S.A.

What is your return policy?

We cannot accept boards back once they have shipped from our workshop. If you have any issues with our boards, please contact us.

Will my board look exactly like the listing photos?

Each of our boards is unique. While we try to make our boards look similar, wood is natural and naturally occurring differences between boards will happen, such as differences in wood color and natural features, like knots, wormholes, etc.

Why should i transition from plastic cutting boards to wood?

Wood cutting boards are better for you and your knives. Every time you cut on a plastic cutting board, microplastics are ending up in your food and then in your body. To reduce your exposure to microplastics, using a wood cutting board is recommended. Further, wood cutting boards are more hygenic, durable, and beautiful. Wood has natural antibacterial and self-healing properties.
